Follow-Up

Follow-up sessions are 50-60 minutes and designed to help you navigate situations that don’t require much time, such as immediate decision making, or follow-up sessions.

They are not available for first time clients because one sole hour is not enough time to get to know you, provide meaningful insights and create an effective plan to enhance your life.

Packages address transitions, bigger challenges and goals.
