- 12 organic eggs
- About 1/4 cup water
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour about 1 inch water in each muffin cup (You can find the silicon muffin mold I use *on Amazon*
- Add one egg to each cup.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place eggs in ice water for 10 minutes.
Store in fridge for 20 minutes before eating or wash with cold water before peeling for the perfect hardboiled egg.
