Oven Baked Hardboiled Eggs

Hard-boiled organic eggs are nutritious, low carb snacks and add protein to salads and sandwiches. Once you see how easy it is to bake them to perfection, you’ll never go back to the old way!

Ingredients

  • 12 organic eggs
  • About 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour about 1 inch water in each muffin cup (You can find the silicon muffin mold I use *on Amazon*
  3. Add one egg to each cup.
  4. Bake 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and place eggs in ice water for 10 minutes.

Notes

Store in fridge for 20 minutes before eating or wash with cold water before peeling for the perfect hardboiled egg.

1. Fill muffin cups with a small amount of water for the egg to sit in, about one inch.

3. Use tongs to place eggs in bowl of ice cold water. I didn’t have any ice cubes, so I used ice packs in cold water instead.

4. Let the eggs sit in ice bath for 10 minutes.

5. Let the eggs cool off further in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes or rinse with cold water before eating straight from the ice bath. Viola! You have a perfectly hardboiled egg.
